ERS Connect provides accessible appointment scheduling services designed to improve patient experience whilst also keeping patient pathways on track for treatment time targets.

In our experience, patients find it frustrating trying to contact hospitals during office hours when lines are busy, they’re often kept on hold for long periods of time and at times abandon their call. This leads to a poor patient experience and can also mean important information from patients does not reach the hospital to help manage their pathway effectively.

To combat these issues:

  • Our call centres are open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. This gives patients the flexibility to book their appointment at a time to suit them
  • We operate under strict service level agreements to ensure calls are answered within an agreed time frame and patients are not kept waiting for long periods of time.
